Dominez Burnett is Davenport Male Athlete of the Week after he led the men’s basketball to a convincing win over Michigan-Dearborn on Saturday afternoon to stay in tie for first place in the WHAC with Concordia heading into the semester break.
 
In Davenport’s only game this week, Dominez Burnett led the men’s basketball team with 28 points along with grabbing eight rebounds both to the lead the team en route to an 81-52 win over the Wolverines.
 
Burnett will lead the men’s basketball into the Saint Xavier Midwest Classic which will begin on Sunday, December 21st where DU will face host Saint Xavier.
