TICKETS

  • Before Gameday - Fans can purchase tickets HERE. For convenience and to ensure ticket availability, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

  • Gameday Purchases - Tickets will be available for purchase at the door beginning one hour prior to the event start time. Ticket sales are cashless, only credit card and tap-and-go payments will be accepted.

  • Player Guest Tickets - Tickets will be distributed virtually by the athletes.

  • DU Students and Staff - DU students and staff are free with their All Sports Pass. These are valid for the general admission student section/standing room.

  • Handicap Seating - Handicap seating sections are located around the track level of the arena on both the home and visitor sides.

  • Children - Children age five and under do not require a ticket.

  • Visiting Team Students - Visiting team students will be charged the Youth ticket price with a valid student ID.

  • Doors - Doors open approximately 1 hour prior to the event start time. 

  • No refunds or exchanges

  • Dates and times are subject to change

  • If special conditions exist, Davenport University retains the right to adjust ticket prices for individual games.

 

PARKING

  • On-site Parking -  Free parking is available in Lots E and F.

  • Handicap Parking - Handicap parking is available near the student center entrance with a valid handicap parking pass.

  • Important Information - Davenport University is strongly committed to managing events that comply with all local, state and federal rules, ordinances, and laws. Local authorities strictly forbid parking along 68th Avenue, Kraft Avenue, and any adjacent side streets in the vicinity. Authorities may ticket, remove, or impound, and store, any vehicle at the owner's full expense if parked or operated in any area other than a marked parking space at the student center or on any adjacent or nearby roadways. Davenport University supports any action taken by local authorities when local laws and traffic and pedestrian rules are not followed.

 

PERMITTED/PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Fans are encouraged to only bring necessary items into the stadium on gameday.

  • Permitted Items

    • Small pursues, hip packs, or other small cases up to 4.5” x 6.5”

    • Soft stadium seats

    • Strollers - must not take up a seat

  • Prohibited Items

    • Coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, and all other containers

    • Outside food and beverages

    • Animals are not permitted in the Student Center (excluding ADA service animals)

    • Drones and other small unmanned aerial devices

    • Large signs and artificial noisemakers

    • Weapons

 

FAN/PATRON CONDUCT

  • The NCAA, the GLIAC, and DU support good sportsmanship. Abusive actions, language, or gestures from fans, players, coaches, or officials will not be tolerated. Extreme or continued acts of unsportsmanlike behavior may be grounds for removal from the contest. Inappropriate language or actions directed towards DU Athletics personnel, ushers, or public safety officers will not be tolerated and may be grounds for immediate dismissal from the Farmers Insurance Athletic Complex or DU property.

  • The Student Code defines behavioral norms for students and visitors to Davenport University. Guests that are in violation of the Student Code may be subject to further judiciary proceedings and may be banned from attending future Davenport athletic events.

 

SAFETY/EMERGENCIES

  • Emergencies or suspicious activity should be reported to Davenport Public Safety or game operations staff. In an extreme situation, call 911. The use of the public address system for emergencies and other necessary announcements will be reserved for mass announcements.

  • In the event of an emergency, please contact the nearest staff member or a DU Public Safety officer immediately.

  • In the event of a medical emergency please contact an event staff member for assistance.

  • Your participation at this event and using Davenport University services and resources is voluntary. Attendance is "at your own risk".

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Cameras - Still photography, cell phone photography, and small hand-held video cameras are permitted inside the arena.
  • Cash/Credit Cards - No cash will be accepted for ticket/parking purchases. Cash will only be accepted at the concession stand. Credit card and tap-and-go payments are accepted at all locations.
  • Concessions/Restrooms - Concessions are located on the upper level near the main arena. Restrooms are located on the upper level of the Student Center. Baby changing stations are available in the family restrooms.
  • Elevators - There is an elevator between the lower and upper levels located near the multi-purpose room on the main level.
  • Game Programs - Game programs/rosters are available at the main ticket area.
  • Lost and Found - Please drop off or inquire about lost and found items at the Student Center front desk. Unclaimed items will be removed at the end of the event.
  • Media and Press - Arrangements are required for all credentials at least three days prior to the event. Contact Ryan Thompson (rthompson62@davenport.edu). Media credentials will be available at the ticket office on the day of the event with specific restrictions of areas to work.
  • Merchandise - Merchandise can be purchased at the bookstore on the main Lettinga Campus in the academic building.
  • Public Announcements - It is not possible to make personal announcements on the public address system.
  • Radio/Video Broadcasts - Home broadcast information is available on the Davenport Athletic website (www.dupanthers.com/thedan). Visiting Team broadcast information may be found on the visiting team's website.
  • Requests or Calls - Any requests related to the event should be made at minimum 48 hours prior to the event. Calls can be made to 616-443-3258 for current information and questions.
  • Smoking Policy - Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. The closest designated smoking area is located outside the event entrance near parking lot G.
  • Solicitation/Literature - No soliciting on the date of game is permitted. Contact the athletic department for further information in advance of game day.
