Alcohol/Tailgating: At Davenport University, there is a strict no-alcohol policy on all university property.
Baby Changing stations: Baby changing stations are located in male and female restrooms.
Cameras: Still photography, cell phone photography and small hand-held video cameras are permitted at outdoor locations.
Children: Children must be monitored at all times and remain within a close distance of the supervising adult(s).
Comments/Concerns: Please fill out a survey near the stadium entrance.
Concessions: Food/beverage concessions are located near the stadium entrance.
Credit Cards: Credit cards accepted at ticket booth and concessions. There is a 5% credit card fee for all ticket transactions.
Disability or Handicap Accommodations: Special seating sections are located on the concourse on home and visitor sides of the stadium. Handicapped parking (with State of Michigan parking pass) is located near the stadium entrance. When purchasing tickets, please let our ticket sellers know if you require ADA seating.
Disturbances/Incidents: Please contact the nearest staff member immediately.
Drones or Small Aerials devices: No air photography through the use of drones or similar devices is permitted.
Elevators: There are no elevators to access elevated bleacher seating.
Emergency Contact: Emergencies or suspicious activity should be reported to Davenport Public Safety or game operations staff. In an extreme situation, call 911. The use of the Public Address system for emergencies and other necessary announcements will be reserved for mass announcements.
Emergencies/Evacuation Procedures: In the event of an emergency, event staff, ushers, and law enforcement personnel are on site to assist spectators and guests.
First Aid: First aid staff will be available just inside the main entrance near the ticket office.
Foods/Beverages carried into Stadium: Coolers or other containers are not permitted inside the Stadium. Only hip packs, small cases and purses are permitted.
Game Programs: Game programs may be picked up near the main entrance.
Gates Open: Gates will be open approximately two hours prior to scheduled kickoff. Plan to arrive at the stadium and purchase tickets a minimum two hours prior to scheduled kickoff if tickets have not been purchased online in advance through dupanthers.com.
Guest Services: Staff members are available to assist our guests with potential questions.
Interruptions of Event: When an interruption of any type effects an event, communication will be made in the most efficient manner possible.
Lost and Found: Please drop off or inquire on lost and found items at the ticket booth near the main entrance. Unclaimed items will be removed at the end of the event.
Media and Press: Arrangements are required for all credentials at least two days prior to the event. Contact Ryan Thompson (rthompson62@davenport.edu). Media credentials will be available at the ticket office on the day of the event with specific restrictions of areas to work.
Medical Emergency: Please contact an event staff member for assistance.
Merchandise: Davenport University merchandise can be purchased at the bookstore on the main Lettinga campus academic building.
Motorcycle and Scooter Parking: All motorized vehicles will be subject to the $10 event parking charge, with the use of a parking space.
Music and audio devices: Excessively loud or inappropriate lyrics played on devices in parking lots and tailgate areas are not permitted.
Officials: Avoid disparaging or disrespectful comments or actions directed at game officials.
Parking: On-site parking at Farmers Insurance Athletic Complex is limited. Plan to purchase online parking passes in advance at dupanthers.com to assure parking on-site. If still available, parking passes will be sold day of game beginning approximately 2.5 hours prior to kickoff. Shuttle services from the Lettinga Campus will begin approximately 2.5 hours prior to kickoff and extend after the game is completed. This is a free service.
Parking Fee: A $10.00 per vehicle fee will be charged for each space used at the Farmers Insurance Athletic Complex per game. You can purchase a season parking pass for $30 by clicking HERE.
Parking Shuttle: (Important - Absolutely no Parking along 68th Avenue or any adjacent side streets is permitted. There is no walking to the from nearby streets or locations.) The Davenport shuttles will run prior to, during and after games to and from the Farmers Complex and Lettinga Campus.
Pet/Service-Animals: Animals are not permitted at the entire complex including parking areas. The only exceptions will be inside the stadium when service animals are with the handler, the service dog is on a leash, and the handler is in control at all times. Davenport event staff supports guidelines regarding distinguishing service and emotional support animals provided by the Student Life office.
Permitted Items/ Bag Policy: Soft stadium seats, small items and articles of clothing may be carried into the stadium in hip packs, small purses, or other small cases. Pointed objects, large signs, noisemakers, whistles, bells, horns, thunder sticks, umbrellas and any similar items are not permitted. Paper or confetti to be thrown is discouraged. Standards may vary as determined by event staff.
Playing Field: A sideline pass permits access to the playing field level. All other spectators must remain on concourse level and off the playing field.
Public Announcements: It is not possible to make personal announcements on the public address system.
Transaction times: Please have exact cash ready to pay for parking and tickets. Use dupanthers.com in advance of the event for parking and game tickets and to avoid longer ticket lines . Advance ticket holders can use an "express line" for convenience to avoid longer waits to enter the stadium. Expect both parking and ticket sales on site to take time if not purchased in advance.
Radio/Video Broadcasts: Home video broadcasts are available on the Davenport Athletic website (www.flofootball.tv). Visiting game audio broadcasts may be found here (https://www.iheart.com/live/961-the-game-1181/). Rick Berkey handles the play-by-play of all Davenport football games.
Re-admittance: Once inside the stadium, re-admittance will be permitted on a limited basis. Please plan to bring everything needed during the game at time of entry.
Requests or Calls: Any requests related to the event should be made at minimum 48 hours prior to the event. Calls can be made to 616-443-3258 for current information and questions.
Restrooms: Public restrooms are available at multiple locations.
Safety: Your participation at this event and using Davenport University services and resources is voluntary. Attendance is "at your own risk".
Security Checks: Uniformed police and security along with Davenport staff present will likely ask questions prior to your admittance into the stadium.
Severe Weather and Lightning: Remain attentive to personal devices for severe weather and alerts. Weather notices and information will be provided on the stadium public address system. Decisions to suspend the game will be made per NCAA guidelines and/or when weather or lightning is within an 8-mile radius. All spectators should make their own decisions regarding safety with distance to lots, shuttles, limits on indoor shelters, crowd size, and other factors in mind.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in the parking lot inside of the owners vehicle.
Solicitation/Literature: No soliciting on date of game is permitted. Contact the athletic department for further information in advance of game day.
Student Code: The Student Code defines behavioral norms for students and visitors to Davenport University. Guests that are in violation of the Student Code may be subject to further Judiciary proceedings and may be banned from attending future Davenport athletic events.
Tailgating: Tailgating will be Non-Alcohol tailgating/picnicking only and permitted at the Farmers Insurance location only. Please read and observe the above quick links for further information. Tailgating will be permitted approximately 2.5 hours prior to kickoff and up to 45 minutes after completion of the game. Tailgating season parking passes are $45 and $15 per game.
Ticket Policies: ONLINE ADVANCE TICKETS are available HEREÂ for all advanced and reserved seat options. Tickets will be on sale 2 hours prior to kickoff at the stadium. Those holding advance tickets or passes will proceed to express lane for admittance. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Season Tickets are $50 for adults and $34 for students/seniors.
Children under the age of 3 are "no charge" when they sit on ticket holders lap and do not require a seat.
Students are anyone the age of 4-17. Visiting team students with valid ID' at the gate are considered students.
Davenport Students must bring and present their valid student ticket which can be redeemed online prior to the game.
Note: If special conditions exist, Davenport University retains the right to adjust ticket prices for individual games.
If tickets are "sold out" for a particular game, the "sold out" status of the event will be communicated.
Township and local law enforcement: Davenport University is strongly committed to managing events that comply with all local, state and federal rules, ordinances, and laws. Local authorities strictly forbid parking along 68th Avenue, Kraft Avenue, and any adjacent side streets in the vicinity. Authorities may ticket, remove, or impound, and store, any vehicle at the owner's full expense if parked or operated in any area other than a marked parking space at the Farmers Insurance Athletic Complex or on any adjacent or nearby roadways. Davenport University supports any action taken by local authorities when local laws and traffic and pedestrian rules are not followed.
Ushers: Guests should contact ushers or event staff with any questions regarding seating or other event related questions that will make your visit more enjoyable.
Visiting Team Fans: Inappropriate language or harassment of visiting fans and players is not acceptable and may result in removal from the event.
