Zack Yates will share the Male Athlete of the Week honor this week with teammate, Glenn Geurink, as they both won the NCWA National Championship in their respective weight classes over the weekend.
 
In the NCWA Championships this past weekend, Yates was able to win the national title in 133 lb., weight class. He was able to win four of his five matches by pin fall capped off by a pin fall in the National Championship bout.
 
Yates and the wrestling team concluded their inaugural season over the weekend at the NCWA Championships over the weekend.
