Danielle Ordway is this week’s Female Athlete of the Week after she led the women’s rugby team to a second place finish at the Atlanta 7s Qualifier as the Panthers dropped just two matches to the University of California and American International College.
 
Ordway led the charge for the Panthers at the 7s tournament with seven tries and also making four conversions on the day. She scored nearly half the teams point five games on the day as she went off for 43 of the teams 88 points.
 
The women’s rugby team will be back in action this weekend as they face Lindenwood in the a friendly this Saturday in St. Charles, Mo.
