The men's golf team continues to dominate the WHAC as they brought home the team title again today as they defended their home course. The team posted a score of 307 on a tough Thornapple Pointe Golf Course and outdistanced 2nd place Aquinas College by seven shots. Junior Nick Boone was once again steady, leading the team in scoring with a 74 to finish runner-up to Aquinas Senior Brian Hayward. Freshman Zac Bested had a tough finish but managed to shoot 76 and was followed by Senior Dan Moulton (78) and Freshman Kevin Palmer (79). DU has earned the maximum amount of points (28) through four events and widened their lead on 2nd place Siena Heights who finished 4th today.
