The men's hockey team needed to come out and play strong as they battled Indiana for the 2nd consecutive night after tying on Friday and they did just that by defeating the Hoosiers 5-2. The win lifts DU to 5-4-1 on the year and 2-0-1 in GMHL play. The offense was very balanced for the Panthers as five different players found the back of the net. Dayne Gluting posted a goal for the second game in a row and was joined in goal-scoring by Adam Tomacari, Jeff Kraemer, Jonah Rogowksi and Kenny Jacobs. Next weekend will be a huge series with Michigan State and the Panthers will host homecoming on Friday night as the game will begin at 8:00 at Patterson Ice Center. They will then tavel to East Lansing for the second game in the series with the Spartans on Saturday for a 12:00 pm face-off.
