After a tough loss the night before, the Panthers had to quickly regroup for another match-up with the Redhawks of Miami (OH). DU showed its muscle and came back strong against a team who soundly beat them 7-2 the night before and escaped Patterson Ice Center with a 2-2 Tie. DU now stands at 9-5-2 on the year and 4-1-2 in GMHL play. Kevin Moodie and Rick Gadwa found the back of the net for the Panthers with Kevin's coming off two nice passes from Chris Green and Will Collar and Rick's coming off an assist by Jeff Kraemer. DU will return to action tomorrow as they travel to Mt. Pleasant to take on Central Michigan before traveling to Ohio University next Friday, November 23 for a two-game series against the ACHA Division I Bobcats.
