GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – After posting a perfect 7-0 record, 3-0 in Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference play, in the month of November, the sixth-ranked Davenport women's basketball team will turn the calendar over to December and begin the final month of the year at home against Lourdes Saturday at 1 p.m. As part of a doubleheader, the men's basketball teams will follow the women's game.

The Lady Panthers return to the friendly confines of the DU Student Center after a perfect 3-0 road stretch, capped by a 92-79 victory at Northwestern Ohio Wednesday. Tiesha Stokes has been on a roll in the last three games, highlighted by a double-double in all of them. Alex Law had a productive night at UNOH, nailing five 3-pointers for 15 points, both a personal best.

With the win over the Racers, the Lady Panthers stay on pace with 17th-ranked Concordia as the only undefeated teams in the conference.

After playing away from home for a month, Lourdes returned to the Tam-O-Shanter Tuesday only to fall to Madonna 72-45 and drop to 1-2 in WHAC play. The Gray Wolves are also 8-30 under second-year head coach Zareth Gray. She has started three players in all eight games, Tarynn Hampton, Ty Ali and Lauren Tilden. On paper, Hampton has been the leader on the team, averaging 12.9 points and 8.1 rebounds per game along with making 14 steals. She is also shooting 39 percent (44-for-70) from the field. Ali has been leading the Gray Wolves in assists with 15.
