th win at the Student Center Saturday when the Panthers take on UM-Dearborn in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference play at 1 p.m. Fans can follow the action on the Davenport Athletics Network with

Davenport to Host Kid's Day at the Student CenterThe Davenport Sports Marketing team will also be hosting Kid's Day at the Student Center during the women's and men's basketball games. Kids can meet Santa Claus, climb the rock-wall and play many games.
A Quick Look at UM-DearbornThe Wolverines are currently on a seven-game losing skid with most recently suffering a 70-50 road defeat to NCAA Division III Kalamazoo Wednesday. The only wins UM-Dearborn has claimed were to Spring Arbor (Mich.) and Northwestern Ohio. Although last year's first-team All-WHAC selection Jalissa Williams has only played six contests out of 12 overall, she is leading the team in scoring (23.7) and rebounding (11.2). She is also shooting 45 percent from the field. The Wolverines are combining for a 35 shooting percentile on the season.
Panthers vs. WolverinesThis will be the 26th meeting between Davenport and UM-Dearborn. The Panthers have won all 25 meetings against the Wolverines.

Alex Merz added a career-high nine on Senior Night Davenport never looked back in a 92-65 victory over UM-Dearborn at the Student Center last February. Davenport combined to shoot 48.6 percent around the perimeter. Although the Panthers defense held the Wolverines to a 39.4 shooting percentage, they could not stop the team's leading scorer Jalissa Williams, who led the game with 27 points and 14 rebounds.
