A Quick Look at Siena Heights
The Saints are coming off being handed their first loss of the season to Central Methodist (Mo.) 73-65 last Saturday to close out their Thanksgiving Tournament. Last year's first-team All-WHAC selection Sierra Calhoun led the effort for Siena Heights with 29 points. Calhoun's 18.1 points scored in all seven games played ranks 29th in the NAIA Division II.

Panthers vs. Saints
This will be the 22nd meeting between Davenport and Siena Heights. The Panthers have won the last 17 contests. The last time the Saints claimed a victory was in 2007.

The Last Time They Met
After four lead changes within the final 2:15, Siena Heights got a layup with 14 seconds left but Kia Frazier's layup with 4.3 left lifted the Panthers to a 75-74 edging victory over the Saints to clinch its fifth straight WHAC Tournament championship in front of a roaring crowd at the Student Center last March. Kayleigh VanKeulen had a key performance off the bench leading four Panthers (31-1) in double figures with 16 points, following by Alison Bouman's 15, Brittany Johnson's 12 and Tiesha Stokes 11. Davenport shot 50 percent (29-for-58) from the floor while holding the Saints (25-8) to 44.4 percent (28-for-63). Although Calhoun led the effort for the Saints with 21, Alexxis Knannlein finished with 17 points and 14 rebounds for the only double-double. Grace Howrigon also finished the evening with 17 points.
