GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Coming off an 80-64 victory over Madonna Thursday night in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Tournament opener, the second-ranked and top seeded Davenport women's basketball team has Friday off to prepare for Indiana Tech in the semifinal Saturday at 1 p.m. The winner will have a date with the winner of the Siena Heights-Cornerstone game Tuesday. DU to Host NAIA Tournament Selection Show Viewing Party March 5
Davenport will be teaming up with Peppinos Bar and Grill Wednesday as the two will host a viewing party for the men's and women's basketball team's NAIA National Tournament Selection Show. The women's selection show begins at 8 p.m. EST followed by the men an hour later. The voices of Davenport basketball
Ken Clemens and
Rick Berkey will also host a show of their own on the DAN featuring interviews with head coaches
Mike Williams and
Burt Paddock, director of athletics

A Quick Look at Indiana Tech
The Warriors set up a date with Davenport after holding off sixth-seed Aquinas 88-75 Thursday evening. Ulyssia Richmond dominated the game with 27 points, leading a group of four to reach double figures. Indiana Tech had no trouble finding the basket, going 33-for-60 (55 percent) from the floor.
Davenport vs. Indiana Tech This Season
Davenport took the two home-and-home meetings during the regular-season, taking game one 73-53 in Fort Wayne and 96-62 in game two at the Student Center. The Panthers shot 45.9 percent (62-for-135) from the field in the two meetings with
Tiesha Stokes collecting 50 points and 17 rebounds.
