Box Score

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Davenport will have a chance to win their second straight NAIA Unaffiliated Group Tournament this afternoon after making quick work of cross-town foe Aquinas College on Saturday on their home courts. DU defeated the Saints 5-0 to move into the 5 p.m. title match vs. Northwestern Ohio. The winner of the championship match will gain an automatic berth into the NAIA National Tournament.

For the second straight day, Davenport was matched up against a team from just across town and for the second straight day, they posted the same 5-0 score to continue to advance in the NAIA Unaffiliated Group Tournament. The Panthers posted three straight wins in double and then got a pair of singles wins from Puck Luttikhuis and Kristi Kuzdal to finish off the sweep of the Saints.

DU now advances to face Northwestern Ohio in the title match at 5 p.m. this afternoon.
