HOW IT HAPPENED-The second go around between the Panthers and Hoosiers was extremely lopsided to say the least. Davenport would get things going early as they scored a goal in the opening minute of play by

-The Panthers poured in seven goals during the second period. Kelly would complete his hat trick during the 6
th minute of the second period, he was assisted by
Chris McRae and
Kyle McConnell.
-Bodziak put on a show in the third period as he scored the only two goals of the period, completed his hat trick and added an extra one to tally four goals for the game.
-Bodziak led DU with four goals.
-
Alex Stewart and McConnell each had four assists on the night.
-The goalie didn't have much action due to the stellar defense. However,
Devin Rosema played 40 minutes and
Tyler Buchanan had 20 minutes. Neither one would let up a goal.

UP NEXTThe Panthers take the week to prepare for an opponent un-like any they have faced this season. Davenport will host Florida Gulf Coast University this Friday (8:20 p.m.) and Saturday (6:20 p.m.) at the Patterson Ice Arena. Florida Gulf Coast is ranked 1
st on their region and second in the nation according to the ACHA ratings. This will be a big test for the Panthers.
