GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Six different Panthers were named to the 2016-17 Dll All-Americans list following a historical year. Davenport won two separate national championships during the 2016-17 season, the USA Rugby Dll 15's Nationals and the ACRA Dll 7's nationals.

The three forwards for Davenport recognized were Hunter Moreland (prop), Allison Miedzielec (prop), and Brenna Donahue (flanker). For the backs the Panthers had another three players recognized, Olivia Ortiz (scrumhalf), Danielle Ordway (center, and Madison Sparks (wing). All six of these players earned first team honors.
