GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The women's tennis team cruised to an easy 9-0 win over Concordia (Mich.) on Friday night at MVP SportsPlex. The Panthers and Cardinals kicked off Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference play and it was totally one-sided in favor of the home team.
The Panthers lost just one game in singles with five matches going 6-0, 6-0. Kaylee Tucker earned the one game for Concordia at four singles against
Terin Everse. Davenport lost just two games in three doubles matches as well.
Puck Luttikhuis and Everse won 8-0 at one doubles over Mackenzie Devine and Kaylee Tucker. DU is now 5-3 overall while Concordia falls to 1-10.
