ALLENDALE, Mich. – Davenport was on the road today for their third GLIAC match of the 2017 season. The Panthers dropped a tough fought match against the Lakers 0-9 and are still looking for their first GLIAC win.
Bridget Barrett and
Terin Everse had the closest match for DU in the second doubles slot.
During the doubles competition
Steph Ritson and
Adeline Nelson fell 3-8 in the number one doubles spot. Barrett and Everse competed in the second doubles slot and lost 5-8. Davenport forfeited the final doubles competition due to lack of available players.
In the singles competition Ritson competed in the first singles spot, losing 0-6 and 1-6. Next Nelson was in the second singles slot, losing 1-6 and 3-6. Everse was in the third singles slot and lost 1-6 and 1-6. Barrett competed in the fourth singles and lost 0-6 and 2-6. The Panthers forfeited the fifth and sixth singles spots.
