ALLENDALE, Mich. – Davenport took to the road for their final regular-season road game of the season, but faced a Laker squad that has had their number as of late. The Panthers are looking for their first win against Grand Valley, since joining the GLIAC last season, and couldn't get the victory tonight. Grand Valley was dominant throughout, holding Davenport to their second lowest scoring output of this season.

How It Happened
Davenport opened the game with the first goal, with
Aaliyah Miller scoring off an assist by
Reilly Noble. The Lakers quickly gained control of the game, scoring four unanswered to take a 4-1 lead.
Brenna Knoll ended the run with a goal in the ninth minute, cutting the deficit down to two. The Lakers responded with three consecutive goals and led 7-2. The connection of Miller and Noble again paid dividends, but shortly after the Lakers scored four unanswered to end the half. Davenport trailed 11-3 heading into the break. Grand Valley scored the opening three goals of the second half and that knocked the wind out of DU.
Ryann Deuel scored in the eighth minute of the half, but that was the lone goal for DU in the half.
