In game one, the Panthers players played a little too aggressive after allowing the first Knight goal at 14:48 in the first period by getting four penalties before Calvin struck again in the second. Captain
Aiden Dion cut the lead in half at 9:34 in period two with
Chance Bradley and
Elijah Klco on the assist.
In the beginning of game two, the Panthers could not find a rhythm. The Knights held the puck for the majority of the first and second periods with Davenport having trouble being able to get into the Calvin zone with many neutral zone turnovers.
