GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - In a battle between 0-1 teams, Northern Michigan found the back of the net three times (4th, 24th and 25th minutes) before Davenport could score a goal of its own. The Panthers did break into the scoring column in the 32nd and 73rd minutes while the Wildcats tacked on an insurance score (Davenport own goal) in the 39th minute. Next up, Davenport will be at Purdue Northwest on Friday with the kickoff scheduled for 3 p.m. eastern time.

Madeleine Zayan assists. Overall, the Panthers six shots came from
Ashlyn Skidmore (2 shots), Zayan (2 shots, 1 SOG), Fisher (1 shot), and Stidam (1 shot).

Samantha Beckles saved two Northern Michigan shot attempts.
In the team head-to-head, the Wildcats held the advantage in total shots (11-6), shots on goal (6-3) and corner kicks (5-3).
