The Davenport women's hockey team did not have the answers for the Eastern Michigan (ACHA D2) roster over the weekend with a pair of lopsided defeats. The Panthers fell 8-0 on Friday night on the EMU home ice and then again 7-1 on Saturday in Grand Rapids at Patterson Ice Center.
The Eagles had 51 shots on goal during Friday night's contest and limited the Panthers to seven. Katelyn Lutes scored twice for the Eagles to increase her season total to 11. Sam Sitterly also scored twice and assisted on four other goals. She also had a short-handed tally at 5:38 of the second period.

Dayna Templeton scored her first of the season at 12:35 of the second period with Ali Hanlon on the assist.
