COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Davenport women's golf team finished sixth at the Champions of Women's Golf hosted by Ohio Dominican with a two-round score of 631 (312–319) out of 15 teams. The Panthers slipped two spots in the final round on Sunday, but remained in the top half of the standings.

Tiffin claimed the team title with a 608, while Ashland (611) and Charleston (WV) (624) rounded out the top three. Davenport's opening-round 312 had the Panthers in strong position early, but a tougher second round left them just behind Walsh (628) and Gannon (626).

Venetia Chap led the Panthers with a consistent performance, posting 78-76 to finish at 154 and tie for 13th place individually. ThaiLee Gerding was close behind at 155 with rounds of 79-76, tying for 15th.

Lauren Gervais opened with a strong 77 before closing at 84 for a 161, while Melissa Walker was one stroke back at 162 after rounds of 78 and 84. Hannah Robinson rebounded in round two, carding an 83 after an opening 85 to finish at 168. Taegen Skatzka provided two steady rounds of 86-85 for a 171, and Natalie Haise, competing as an individual, posted rounds of 96–92 for a 188.

Overall, Davenport showcased depth with four golfers finishing inside the top 35, highlighted by Chap and Gerding's top-15 efforts.
