Bailey Gauthier making crucial saves from shots by Olivia Nelson and Jessie Newton to maintain the clean sheet. Davenport committed nine fouls, with
Sofia Capoccia responsible for three, contributing to a physical contest. Both teams struggled to capitalize on their chances, with
Megan Malek's shot off target and Davenport earning two corner kicks late in the half.
The second half began with a defensive struggle as both teams committed multiple fouls early on. In the 69th minute, Quincy broke the deadlock with a goal from Ella Wolfard, assisted by Jessie Newton. Despite efforts from Davenport, including a notable shot by Madison Fant that was saved by Quincy's goalkeeper Devin Tracy, Quincy extended their lead to 2-0 in the 80th minute with a goal from Marina Oberschmid, again assisted by Newton. Tracy preserved a clean sheet with critical saves against Davenport's four shots on goal.
Gauthier played the full 90 minutes in goal for the Panthers, recording four saves against 12 shots faced. Fant registered Davenport's only shot on goal during the match. Ella Chatfield contributed with one shot, while Malek led the team with two shots, one of which was on target.
