Biography

2022: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team...ranked second on the team with 485 rushing yards...carried the ball 72 times and also had three rushing touchdowns...ranked ninth in the GLIAC in rushing yards per game (44.1)...leaves DU with highest yards per carry average (6.36) and rushing yards per game (45.6) in a career.

2021: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team...played in six games before missing final five games due to injury...ranked third on the team with 231 rushing yards and had one touchdown...had one punt return for 24 yards...ran for a team single high of 94 yards at Michigan Tech.

2020 (COVID): Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team...played in the Gannon game on March 20 and rushed for 105 yards on nine carries with a touchdown scamper of 44 yards in his debut.

2019: Did not see game action.

Prior to DU: Attended Southwestern Oklahoma State...played in three games during the 2018 season and rushed for 212 yards on 29 carries...also caught six passes for 92 yards and a score...had eight kick returns for 190 yards.

High School: Prepped at Hamilton High School in Los Angeles, California...led the team in rushing as a senior...named Second Team All-Conference...named Honorable Mention All-City.

Personal: Majoring in computer information systems...son of Joel Richards and Sharon Johnson...born on September 26...favorite movie is The Dark Knight.
