High School: Prepped at Muskegon Oakridge under coach Cary Harger...a three-year varsity football starter with a 27-7 record over those three years...Three-year playoff qualifier with one District title...Muskegon MLive 2nd team Dream Team...earned seven varsity letters - 3 Football, 2 Basketball, 2 Track, 1 Golf.

Personal: Majoring in sport management...son of Matthew and Jimadean Young...born July 26...favorite movie is Glory Road.
