(2021-22). Earned a personal best for the GVSU Tune-Up for the 60 meter hurdles of 8.20 taking second on Feb.18...at the 2022 GLIAC Outdoor Championship 110 meter hurdles of 14.74 on May. 4.

(2021) Finished eighth in the 60 meter hurdles at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (8.57)...ran a personal best of 7.49 seconds in the 60 dash during prelims at the GVSU Lints Alumni Open...ran a personal best of 8.46 seconds in the 60 meter hurdles at the SVSU Holiday Open.

(2020). Finished fifth in the 110 hurdles (14.79) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...also placed sixth in the 400 hurdles (55.21) and 4x400 relay (3:26.28) at GLIAC Outdoor Championships...set a PR in the 110 hurdles (14.75) at the Davenport Panther Classic...finished third with a PR in the 400 hurdles at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (55.04).

Ran the 60 meter in 7.67 seconds at the GVSU Big Meet (Saturday)...ran the 400 meter in 51.30 seconds at the GVSU Tune-Up...ran the 110 meter hurdles in 15.29 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...ran the 400 hurdles in 55.53 seconds at the Spartan Invitational...ran the 4x400 meter relay in 3:24.88 at the GVSU Al Owens Classic...finished 10th in the 400 meter hurdles at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...finished eighth in the 4x400 meter relay at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...finished fifth in the 110 meter hurdles at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...finished seventh in the 400 meter hurdles at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: Prepped at Zeeland East High School under coach Ralph Neal...holds school record in the 300 hurdles (38.14) and 110 hurdles (14.69)...nine-time All-State selection and five-time State champion in Division II...won MHSAA State title in Division II as a team...captured three state runner-up finishes as a team.
