(2023-24): Member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors...named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team...set two individual outdoor school records in the 800 meters (2:09.58) and 1,500 meters (4:39.24)...set the school record in the 800 meters during the prelims at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships and then finished second (2:10.60) in the finals...ran a leg on the school record 4x100 relay (3:51.52) and finished third during the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...set her 1,500 meter record during the DU Panther Classic (Apr. 13)...competed in the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships and took 13th in the prelims of the 800 meters (2:10.49)...earned Second Team All-American honors for her finish in the 800 meters...holds the school record indoors in the 800 meters (2:10.14) set at the GLIAC Indoor Championships and won the event.

(2022-23): Finished fourth in the 800 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (2:13.48)...also a member of the 4x400 relay that placed sixth (4:02.88)...ran a personal best of 4:41.91 in the 1,500 meters at the Golden Grizzly Invite...competed in the 800 meters at the NCAA Indoor Championships and placed 16th (2:13.08)...finished second in the 800 meters (2:13.30) at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...ran a personal best in the mile at the Lewis Invitational on Feb. 3 (4:58.44)...member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors...named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

(2021-22): Placed 12th in the 800 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (2:19.68)...finished third in the 1,500 meters at the Spring Fling on Apr. 13-14 (5:00.01)...placed seventh in the DMR at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (12:29.05)...won the 600 meters at the GR Hall of Fame Classic on Feb. 4 (1:41.94)...member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

(2020-21): Competed in the DMR and 800 meters at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...finished eighth in the DMR (13:20.30)..  

High School: Prepped at Manistee High School under coaches Eric Thuemmel and Hilary Edmondson...ran a personal best of 5k-20:30...First Team All-Conference as a junior...Second Team All-Conference as a sophomore and senior...received all A's in school...graduated with a GPA of 4.1366...graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Personal: Majoring in business for graduate degree...born July 20...favorite movie is The Hunger Games.
