DU Highlights: During the 2021 season, finished second in the long jump (22' 9.25") at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...had a personal best of 23' 3.25" in the long jump and placed first at the Davenport Panther Classic...finished fourth in the long jump at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (22' 5").

In 2020, named to the GLIAC All-Academic team...finished sixth in the long jump at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (22' 1")...ran a personal best of 51.75 in the 400 meters at GVSU Big Meet...finished second in the long jump and set a personal best of 22' 10" at the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame Classic.

In 2019, ran the 60 meter in 7.12 seconds at the Tiffin Alumni Open...ran the 100 meter in 10.92 seconds at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...ran the 200 meter in 22.07 seconds at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...ran the 4x100 meter in 42.40 at the Bellarmine Classic...ran the 4x400 meter in 3:41.83 at the GR Sports Hall of Fame Classic.

High School: Prepped at Olivet High School under coach Brian Lincoln...placed eighth in the state meet in 2017 in the 200 meters...placed ninth in the 200 and 10th in the 100 in the state meet in 2018...named All-Conference in 100, 200, high jump and long jump.

Personal: Son of Kevin Grady and Lauri Janousek...majoring in network management and security...favorite movie is Spaceballs...born on May 30.
