DU Highlights: In 2017-18 he played in six games...recorded a 6.88 goals-against-average with a .808 save-percentage...In 2018-19 posted a 3.58 GAA, which is ninth all-time in D2 history, and an .883 SV%...being the best 10th best save-percentage in a single season....In the 2019-20...won 12 games, tied for eighth-most in a single D2 season...posted a 3.09 GAA, which is 10th all-time in his 23 appearances...2021-22...appeared in 19 games and finished with a 4.23 GAA, .862 SV%...in his final season during 2022-23, Deering played in 22 games between the pipes and posted a 6-13 record with a 4.47 goals-against average and .897 save percentage.
Prior to DU:Played for the Lansing Wolves of the NA3HL in 2016-16...appeared in four games with a 3.46 GAA, .879 SV%.
