DU Highlights
(2023-24): Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...ran a personal best of 10:11.66 in the 3,000 steeplechase and placed 12th at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...ran a personal best of 15:27.63 in the 5,000 meters and placed 11th at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.

(2022-23) Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...ran a personal best time of 9:09.81 in the 3,000 meters at the GVSU Mike Lints Open on Jan. 21...ran a personal best of 4:34.16 in the mile at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (Jan. 28)...finished seventh in the DMR with a time of 11.04.75 at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.

(2021-22) Earned a personal best at the 2022 GLIAC Indoor Championships for the 800 of 2:02.59 on Feb.26... As well as a personal high at the 2022 GLIAC Outdoor Championships for the 1500 meter of 4:16.62 on May 4.

High School: Prepped at Tri-County under head coach Brandon Biggs...set personal bests in the 1,600 meters (4:45) and two mile (10:14)...named a two-time team MVP in cross country...named all-conference in track and field...named all-conference three times and all-district twice in soccer.

Personal: Majoring in marketing...born on October 23...favorite movie is Hot Rod.
