As A Junior (2013-14): Named to the CoSIDA Capital One Academic All-District team…Also named to the academic All-WHAC team…Indoor – Became an All-American in the 4x800m after running a time of 9:22.64 for a seventh-place finish at the NAIA Championships…Won WHAC event championships in the 4x800m relay (9:31.65)…Outdoor – Won WHAC event championship in the 4x800m in 9:27.60…Placed 15^th in the 4x800m preliminaries (9:24.93) at the NAIA Championships
 
As A Sophomore (2012-13): Indoor – Combined for a national-qualifying time of 4:04.73 in the 4x400 at the WHAC Championships, also placed third…Also turned in a time of 1:00.92 in the 400m at the WHAC Championship…Clocked in 28.33 in the 200m at GVSU’s Holiday Open…Outdoor – Was named an All-WHAC honorable mention in sprints…Was a member of the 4x400 relay team set a school record with a time of 04:01.2 at the WHAC Championships
 
As A Freshman (2011-12): Indoor – Ran the 200m in 28.44 at the Trine Invitational #2…ran the 400m in 1:01.51 at the GVSU Big Meet…Part of the 4x400m relay team that ran a time of 4:20.30 at the Bob Eubanks Open…Outdoor – Ran the 400m dash at the WHAC Championships in 1:02.40…Part of the 4x400m relay that finished fifth at the WHAC Championships with a time of 4:09.36
 
High School Highlights: All-state 2008 and 2011 in the 4x400m relay…Was a three time all-conference winner
