Biography

2013-2014 Highlights: Appeared in three games for the Davenport scored one try and conversion, and was 5-for-5 on penalty kicks… Played with the Tigers Rugby 7s Olympic Development Team.
 
2012-2013 Highlights: Played in 6 total games for Davenport… Led the team in tries (5), conversions made (9), penalty kicks made (9), and total points (70)…Named to Team USA Touring Squad for third straight season
 
2011-2012 Highlights: Played in all 11 games for the Panthers…Led the team in tries (13), conversions made (41), penalty kicks made (9), and total points (174)…Eloff scored six tries and totaled 68 points in the National Tournament…Eloff was named MVP of the National Tournament for the second consecutive season…Was selected as a Sports Illustrated “Faces in the Crowd” for the December 12 issue
 
2010-2011 Highlights: Appeared in 14 games for Davenport…Scored 13 tries and led the team in conversion with 37 and penalty goals with 11 tallying a team high 172 points…JP scored the first 20 points and 30 of the teams 62 in the National Semifinals against Harvard…Eloff scored 25 of the teams 38 points in the National Championship win against UCSB…He was named MVP of the National Tournament
