2012 Post-Season Quick Facts - Davenport enters the NAIA Tournament with an 17-2-1 overall record and cruised to a perfect 8-0 in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference to win its first ever regular-season championship...the Lady Panthers beat Indiana Tech in a thrillilng 3-3 shootout victory at home to win the WHAC Tournament championship and receive the automatic bid to the national tournament...although the tie to Indiana Tech ended Davenport's program-record 11-match win streak, it still remains unbeaten in 12...Davenport set single-season records in wins (17), shutouts (12), points (166), goals (57) and assists (52)...the 2012 Panthers became the first team in program history to go unbeaten at home with a 9-0-1 record...after pulling an 2-1 come-from-behind victory at then-No. 11 Martin Methodist, Davenport cracked the NAIA Coaches' Top 25 for the first time on Sept. 18, checking in at No. 21...Davenport currently sits at No. 21 in the latest Coaches' Top 25...after guiding his team to the two WHAC championships, Chris Allen earned his first WHAC Coach of the Year...goalkeeper Michelle Marcus was named the WHAC Defensive Player of the Year and joined forwards Paige Eli, Letesha Cannonier and Lizzie Paul as members of the first-team All-WHAC...Tam Grzybowski, Thelma Gylfadottir and Ashley Roth were named All-WHAC honorable mention.
