Front Rush
Front Rush is a website where student-athletes can login to complete the forms necessary to be cleared for participation in sport at Davenport University. Student-Athlete’s coach will send an email with directions on how to login to Front Rush. Below is the link to the website to login to Front Rush. There is a step-by- step direction guide below which will assist in completing the forms necessary on Front Rush. All student-athletes must complete Front Rush documents annually, before reporting to Davenport
University. New student-athletes (incoming freshman/transfers) also need to complete and submit a Pre-Participation Exam (PPE) Form and a Medical History Form (MHF). These forms may be uploaded on the Front Rush website. Contact the Athletic Training Staff with any questions on completing the necessary information for Front Rush.
