2023 (Jr.): Competed in all five events with a new personal best time of 23:58.6 in the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Championships in the 6K for 161st place on Nov. 4...recorded a season best placement of 67th overall in the Warrior Challenge in the 6K (27:10.4) on Sept. 15...finished with at time of 21:05.7 in the Lansing XC Invite in the 3.1M on Sept. 22...named GLIAC All-Academic Excellence.
2022 (So.): Garnered GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors...competed in six kilometer race at the 2nd Annual Red October and finished in the top 15 (25:23.6)...achieved a personal record at the 2022 GLIAC Cross Country Championship and a top 70 finish (24:35.9).
2021 (Fr.): Competed in four of the team's six events while finishing as high as 29th at the SVSU GLIAC Preview on Oct. 2 thanks to a time of 27:07.1...her best time of the season came in the season-opening Calvin Knight Invite on Sept. 4 when she was clocked at 25:36.9 in 64th place...also placed 52nd at the Lucian Rosa Invitational with a mark of 26:14.9.
High School: Prepped at Belding under head coach John Carlson...best times included 1:09 in the 400, 2:40 in the 800, 5:56 in the 1600, 13:49 in the 3200, and 20:40 in the 5000...named first-team all-conference as a junior and senior...helped lead team to a track and field conference championship in both 2019 and 2021.
Personal: Majoring in accounting...born January 25...favorite team is the Detroit Lions.
