2023 (Jr.): Competed in all five team events and recorded three career best times, including a time of 26:24.5 in the Lansing XC Invite on Sept. 22 in the 5M for 20th place...finished 100th overall in the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Championships on Nov. 4 with a career best time of 33:17.9 in the 10K...also recorded a career best time of 25:49.7 in the Lewis Crossover 8K on Oct. 7 (147th place)...finished 23rd overall in the Warrior Challenge on Sept. 15 with a time of 26:30.2 in the 8K...named GLIAC All-Academic Excellence.

2022 (So.): Finished 42nd overall in Grand Rapids Community College Raider Invite (27:12.8)...third out of 14 men's runners with time of 26:59.3 at SVSU Second-Annual Red October...posted a personal record time of 26:19.2 to claim 128th place out of 213 in the Lewis Crossover...time of 26:53 in Wayne State Warrior Challenge...took 65th in GLIAC Championships (27:53.22)...came in at 185th overall in NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (37:07.47)...named to 2022 GLIAC Fall Academic Honors list (one of three men's runners nominees).

2021 (Fr.): Finished as high as 23rd with a time of 28:07.2 at the SVSU GLIAC Preview on Oct. 2...also placed 41st for the Lucian Rosa Invitational on Sept. 18 with a time of 28:06.5...fastest 8K time came in the Calvin Knight Invite on Sept. 4 as he placed 93rd with a time of 27:45.8...competed in 10K during the NCAA Midwest Region Championship on Nov. 6 with a time of 41:24.1.

High School: Prepped at Mount Pleasant under head coach Josh Hicks...best times included 57 in the 400, 2:05 in the 800, 3:27 in the 1200, 4:36 in the 1600, 10:21 in the 3200, and 16:49 in the 5K...garnered All-Academic honors for both cross country and track & field as a senior...two-time captain for cross country as a junior and senior...named Second-Team All-Conference for the 3200 as a senior...earned varsity awards for cross country as a sophomore, junior and senior...also won the varsity award as a senior for track & field...member of the National Honor Society, National Technical Honors Society and the Honor Roll all four years.

Personal: Majoring in sport management...born May 20...favorite team is University of Michigan Football team.
