2023 (Jr.): Saw action in all five races for the Panthers...in four 6K events, finished with a season best time of 21:52:22 (57th) in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Championships to set a new personal record...placed 22nd overall (24:15.3) in the Warrior Challenge on Sept. 15 for a season high of placement in 6Ks...finished seventh in the Lansing XC 5K on Sept. 22 with a time of 19:30.5 to help the team secure the first-ever invitational victory in program history...placed in the top 50 of runners (44th overall) in the GLIAC Cross Country Championships as one of three Panthers to do so...finished with a time of 23:31.8 (154th place) in the Lewis Crossover 6K on Oct. 7...named 2023 USTFCCCA All-Academic...named GLIAC All-Academic Excellence.

2022 (So.):  Competed in the 3.1 mile race at the GRCC Raider XC Invite and placed top 30 (20:11.3)...ran the 6k at the GLIAC Cross Country Championships 2022 and achieved a personal record while also placing in the top 40 (23:14.1)...traveled to the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Cross Country Championships and placed in the top 100 while also being just 22 seconds away from her PR (23:36.2)...garnered GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors. 

2021 (Fr.): Competed in all six of the team's events with her best placing being a sixth-place finish at SVSU's GLIAC Preview on Oct. 2 with a time of 24:16.6...her lowest time of the season came in DU's final event of the fall, the NCAA Midwest Region Championships, where she crossed the line in 142nd with a time of 23:54.3...was among the top 33 for three other races including the Lucian Rosa Invitational on Sept. 18 (31st), the Calvin Knight Invite on Sept. 4 (33rd) and the GLIAC Championships on Oct. 23 (33rd).

High School: Prepped at Grand Ledge...scored over 100 points as a senior for track...went to the state meet in the 4x4 and 4x8...made the top ten list at his high school in four different events...named Team MVP in cross country as a junior, Most Improved in soccer as a sophomore and track as a senior...named all-state in the 4x8 as a senior...named to the Lansing State Journal Track and Field Dream Team as a senior...earned second-team all-conference honors as a junior and senior in cross country...helped lead team to conference championships in cross country as a freshman and track & field as a senior...member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Majoring in biological laboratory science...born July 2...favorite team is the Pittsburgh Steelers.
