2023 (Gr.): Competed in all five team events and twice finished in the top 10...had a season high placement of third overall in the Lansing XC 5K with a time of 19:12.4 on Sept. 22 to help lead the team to the first-ever invitational victory in program history on Sept. 22...finished sixth overall in the Warrior Challenge 6K on Sept. 15 with a time of 23:10.3 to lead all Panther runners...named Second Team All-GLIAC in the GLIAC Cross Country Championships for the second-straight season after a finish of 24th place with a time of 22:36.6...named GLIAC All-Academic Excellence.

2022 (Sr.): Garnered GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors...ran in the 6k at the Lewis Crossover and achieved a personal record along with a top 15 finish (22:09.7)...competed a week prior to that in the 2nd Annual Red October and finished in 2nd place (23:14.7)...placed top 20 at the 2022 GLIAC Cross Country Championships...placed in the top 10 a week prior at the Warrior Challenge 2022 (22:39.6).

2021 (Jr.): Ran in all six of the team's events with the highest finish being 16th at the SVSU GLIAC Preview on Oct. 2 with a time of 25:08.0...saved her best time for last as she finished with a mark of 24:15.8 at the NCAA Midwest Region Championships in 154th place...also among the top 50 finishers for the Lucian Rosa Invitational on Sept. 18 in 45th with a time of 25:26.3...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

2020 (So.): Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

2019 (Fr.): Ran a season-best time in the 5K of 26:48 on September 20, 2019 at the Knight-Raider Invitational.

High School: Prepped at Manistee under head coaches Eric Thuemmel and Hilary Edmondson...ran a personal best of 5k-20:30...First Team All-Conference as a junior...Second Team All-Conference as a sophomore and senior...received all A's in school...graduated with a GPA of 4.1366...graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Personal: Majoring in business for graduate degree...born July 20...favorite movie is The Hunger Games.
