2023 (Jr.): Saw action in four of the five team events and recorded a personal best time of 22:24.3 in the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Championships 6K event for 82nd place on Nov. 4...had a season best placement of 50th overall in the GLIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 21 with a time of 23:30.2 in the 6K...finished 157th overall in the Lewis Crossover 6K on Oct. 7 with a time of 23:32.8...named GLIAC All-Academic Excellence.

2022 (So.): Competed in the 2nd Annual Red October and placed 4th overall in the 6k (24:09.8)...achieved a personal record the very next week at the Lewis Crossover in the same event, placed in top 75 doing so (23:28.6)...competed in the GLIAC Cross Country Championships and placed top 100...garnered GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors. 

2021 (Fr.): Participated in five of the team's six events with her highest finish coming at SVSU's GLIAC Preview on Oct. 2 where she placed ninth with a mark of 24:25.6...her lowest time of the season came in DU's first event of the season, the Calvin Knight Invite on Sept. 4, when she crossed the finish line in 34th with a time of 24:15.1...also placed 33rd at the Lucian Rosa Invitational with a time of 24:40.5.

High School: Prepped at Grand Ledge...best times included 2:24 in the 800, 5:30 in the 1600, 18:50 in the 5K, and 11:42 in the two mile...cross country: team captain as a junior and senior, MVP in 2017 and 2018, won the academic all-conference award in 2017, 2018 and 2020, named academic all-state in 2017 and 2018...track: named all-state in 2021, all-conference in 2018, 2019 and 2021...made it to the state meet as a freshman and sophomore...for track & field, made it to state as a senior.

Personal: Majoring in nursing...born April 15...favorite athlete is Simone Biles.
