2023 (Jr.): Competed in all five team events...recorded three college best times in the 5M (32:57.9), 8K (25:28.1), and 10K (26:35.8) at the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Championships, Lewis Crossover Invite, and Lansing XC Invite respectively...the Lewis Crossover time set a new third-fastest time in program history in an 8K event...finished 37th overall (25:50.4) in the GLIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 21 in the 8K.
