2023 (Sr.): Competed in all five team events...marked two career best times, one in the Lansing XC Invite on Sept. 22 with a time of 26:08.8 in the 5M, the other in the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Championships on Nov. 4 with a time of 32:33.7 in the 10K...recorded a season high placement of seventh overall in the Warrior Challenge on Sept. 15 with a time of 25:51.0 in the first of three 8K events...finished in the top 30 (30th overall) in the GLIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 21 with a time of 25:38.6 in the 8K...named 2023 USTFCCCA All-Academic...named GLIAC All-Academic.

2022 (Jr.): Garnered GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors...competed at the Lewis Crossover in the eight kilometer race, where he archived a personal record and a top 80 finish (25:28.4)...competed at the 2022 GLIAC Cross Country Championships in the same event and placed in the top 50 (26:42.9).
 
2021 (So.): Fastest time of the fall came in the season-opening Calvin Knight Invite at 26:38.5 (48th place)...highest placement was ninth overall at the SVSU/GLIAC Preview on Oct. 2 with a time of 27:06.8...placed 23rd at the Lucian Rosa Invitational (27:01.3) and 52nd at the GLIAC Championships (27:34.8)...ran a 10K for the NCAA Midwest Region Championship and placed 91st with a time of 33:00.0...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

2020 (Fr.): Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

High School: Prepped at Hanover-Horton under head coach Dean Blackledge...ran 16:19 for a personal best in cross country...set the following bests in track and field (1,600 - 4:37 ; 3,200 - 9:48 ; 800 - 2:06)...selected All-State once, All-Conference eight times, All-Region four times, and All-Area twice in track...earned All-State, four-time All-Conference and All-Region nominee, three-time All-Area, and one All-State Dream Team in cross country.
