2023 (Jr.): Competed in all five team events while marking a career best time in the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Championships on Nov. 4 with a finishing time of 23:24.4 (134th place) in the 6K...placed 17th overall in the 3.1M with a time of 20:11.0 in the Lansing XC Invite to help the team secure the first-ever invitational victory on Sept. 22...recorded a time of 24:52.2 (28th place) in the Warrior Challenge on Sept. 15 in the 6K...rounded out the top 75 runners in the GLIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 21 with a time of 24:39.7 in the 6K...named GLIAC All-Academic Excellence.

2022 (So.): Garnered GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors...competed in the six kilometer race at the 2022 GLIAC Cross Country Championships and finished in the top 80 and achieved a personal record (25:03.3).

2021 (Fr.): Ran in all six of the team's events finishing as high as 23rd at the SVSU GLIAC Preview on Oct. 2 with a time of 26:22.3...fastest race of the fall came at the NCAA Midwest Region Championships when she finished in 189th with a time of 25:47.5...also placed 55th at the Lucian Rosa Invitational on Sept. 18 (26:23.4) and 70th at the Calvin Knight Invite on Sept. 4 (26:06.3)...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

2020 (Fr.): Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

High School: Prepped at Calvin Christian under coach head Lauren Tenkate...ran 19:42 in the 5K for her best time...also had bests in the 3,200 meters (12:05) and 1,600 meters (5:44)...named all-conference all four years in cross country...named academic all-state...team took second place in the state in 2018.

Personal: Majoring in business management...born January 28...favorite move is My Girl.
