2023 (Sr.): Competed in all five events as first-time runner for the cross country program, setting a program record for the second-fastest time in history in the Lansing XC Invite on Sept. 22 with at time of 19:02.4 (second place overall) in the 3.1M...set a personal best time in the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Championships on Nov. 4 with a time of 21:51.2 (55th place) in the fourth and final 6K event of the season...also rounded out the top 10 runners in the Warrior Challenge on Sept. 15 with a time of 23:28.2 in the 6K...named 2023Â USTFCCCAÂ All-Academic...named GLIAC All-Academic Excellence.
High School:Â Prepped at Sacred Heart Academy under head coach Mark Zitzelberger...won four-straight State Championships in cross country and her best 5K time of 18:37 is fourth in program history...won two State Championships with a pair of school records in track and field as a senior in the 4x800 meter relay and 4x400 meter relay...also holds the school record in the 400 meter dash with a time of 58.15.
