2023 (Sr.): Did not finish two of the events registered to compete.
2022 (Jr.): Competed in the 8k at the Lewis Crossover and achieved a personal record (26:40.1)...came in the top 75 at the 2022 GLIAC Cross Country Championships (28:25.2).
2021 (So.): Competed in three events including the Lewis Crossover on Oct. 9 (176th - 28:04.3), the GLIAC Championships on Oct. 23 (89th - 29:34.2) and the NCAA Midwest Region Championship 10K on Nov. 6 (140th - 34:08.0).
2020 (So.): Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.
2019 (Fr.): Ran a time of 35:25 in the 10K at the NCAA Regional on November 9...ran a time of 27:43 in the 8K at the GLIAC Championships on October 26...ran a personal best of 27:32 in the 8K at the Jayhawk Invitational on October 11.
High School: Prepped at Sacred Heart under head coach Skylar Nelson...ran a personal best in 5K of 16:47...All-State as a junior and senior...First Team All-MSAC twice...Second Team All-MSAC once...team captain as a junior and senior...won State Championships as a junior and runner-up as a senior.
