2024 (Jr.): Competed in all six meets for the Panthers… Placed fifth at the Fifth Annual Northwood Invitational (Sept. 7) after running a collegiate-best 6K of 18:54.9… Finished 17th at the Calvin Knight Invitational (Sept. 28) with an 8K time of 26:17.2.

2023 (So.): Set three personal best times as a runner in all five events for the Panthers...finished with a season high placement of 11th overall in the Warrior Challenge 8K with at ime of 26:02.2...finished 42nd overall (32:05.7) in the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Championships as the leader of the Panthers to secure a team finish of 12th place in the 10K on Nov. 4...set an 8K best time of 25:46.9 in the Lewis Crossover Invite on Oct. 7 (140th place)...finished in the top 75 (61st overall) in the GLIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 21 with a time of 26:53.3...named 2023 USTFCCCA All-Academic...named GLIAC All-Academic Excellence.

2022 (Fr.): Competed in 4.97 mile competition at the GRCC Raider XC Invite and finished top 25 (26:33.3)...ran in the eight kilometer race at the Lewis Crossover and achieved a personal record (26:52.7)...fifth of 14 runners (27:19.1) at Saginaw Valley State University's Second-Annual Red October Invite

High School: Prepped at Kallkaska under head coach Douglas Brown...named Academic All-State for both cross country and track and field...two-time Lake Michigan Conference Champion in cross country (2020, 2021), Lake Michigan All-Conference (2019) and Lake Michigan Honorable Mention All-Conference (2018)....Lake Michigan Conference Champion in the 400 (2022) and Regional Champion in the 400 (Region 22 - 2022)...best times include 51.59 in the 400, 2:02.49 in the 800, 4:38.87 in the 1600, 9:43.72 in the 3200, and 15:49.9 on the cross country course...academically, was a member of the Academic Top 10 and Lake Michigan Conference Top 12.

Personal: Majoring in marketing...born May 19...favorite team is the Duke Men's Basketball team.
