Davenport University Athletics

Connor Floden joined the Davenport Football staff as the running backs coach in March of 2023 after serving as the Offensive Graduate Assistant at Sam Houston State University. In his time at Sam Houston, he primarily worked with the quarterbacks until serving as the Interim Tight Ends coach for the latter four games of the 2022 season.

Prior to arriving at Sam Houston State, Connor served as the Offensive Graduate Assistant / Tight Ends and Fullbacks Coach at Wagner College through the Spring of 2022.

Before Connor landed in New York, he was the Offensive Quality Control Coach at the University of Rhode Island, working with both the Quarterbacks and Offensive Line.

Connor came to Rhode Island from the workforce where he was a grading analyst for Pro Football Focus.

Prior to his break from coaching, Connor would receive his first opportunity to coach at Citrus College where he served as the Offensive Line Coach in 2020.

Connor graduated from Montana State University in 2019 where he played on the offensive line.
