Prior to DU: Attended the University of Memphis and Michigan State University...during the 2019 season at MSU, he played in four games but was still able to redshirt due to NCAA competition rule...during the 2020 season at MSU, did not see game action for the Spartans...spent his 2021 season at Memphis and appeared in five games...helped the Tigers rank 16th in the nation in passing offense and 38th in total offense.

High School: Prepped at Belleville under head coach Jermain Crowell...selected to the Under Armour All-America Game...ranked the No. 9 overall recruit in the country by ESPN.com...also listed among the top overall players in the nation by 247 Sports (No. 40) and Rivals.com (No. 48)...ranked the No. 1 offensive tackle in the state of Michigan by ESPN.com...two-time Dream Team selection by the Detroit News, Detroit Free Press and MLive...two-time Detroit Free Press All-West Team pick...helped Belleville win first regional title in school history en route to the Division 1 state semifinals...was the anchor of the offensive line with more than 70 pancake blocks and not allowing a sack for an offense that averaged 32 points per game.
