High School: Prepped at Laker in Pigeon, Mich. under head coach Stephen VerBurg...hauled in 13 receptions and two scores at tight end as a senior...named First Team All-Conference at tight end and linebacker...chosen All-State honorable mention at tight end...named Bay city Times Defensive Player of the Year runner-up...selected for Michigan High School Coaches Association All-Star Game.
