Drake Deering begins his first season as an assistant coach with the ACHA Division 2 program. Deering was a standout goaltender for the Division 2 hockey program as a student-athlete from 2017-2021. He finished with 67 games played and over 3,600 minutes between the pipes for the Panthers. He sported a 3.95 GAA and made 1,611 saves for a .870 save percentage. His 32 victories ranks second in D2 history and he has the most saves in the history of the D2 program.
