High School: Played at Sentinel...National Champion runner up.
DU Highlights: In his freshman season in 2018-19, Hangas was a solid presence on the blueline, scoring three goals and three assists for six points in 21 games.
During the 2019-20 season, Hangas finished 10th on the team in scoring (13), scoring six goals and seven assists in 26 games. Scored the overtime game-winning goal against Western Michigan on Nov. 16.
